The Board of Directors consists of 7 members appointed all by the founding members.
Two members are chosen from a list of reports received by the Office of Juvenile Welfare Service Lecce in order to ensure maximum transparency.
The Board of directors remains in Office for 5 years from the appointment, and members may be reappointed for the next five years.

The Board of directors is composed of the following members:

• Antonella Sergio
• Stefano Mastrobisi

The Onlus Foundation Daniela and Paola, founded by Claudio Bastianutti and Laura Pizzileo, appeared in court with a notarial act on 8/05/2006 and on 02/10/2006 has modified the aim to adapt it to O.N.L.U.S ..
